This morning on TODAY chef Eric Ripert showed how to prepare the perfect Easter lamb. I caught up with the amiable French chef backstage to ask him about his good friend and fellow chef Anthony Bourdain, his guilty pleasure food (you might be surprised by his response) and the weirdest food he's eaten during his around-the-world traveling adventures for his PBS show Avec Eric.
